Richard D. Rackleff

Mr. Rackleff has been conducting credibility assessments, based on scientific psycho-physiological testing for over 35 years, primarily for individuals accused of personal wrongdoing or named in criminal allegations.

Mr. Rackleff holds a degree in Engineering Physics from the University of Tulsa and was assigned to technical specialties and forensic polygraph as a Special Agent of the FBI for 27 years before his retirement in 1990. He was appointed to serve on the Georgia Licensing Board by the Honorable Zell Miller, Senator and former Governor of Georgia, representing the scientific and academic community. Mr. Rackleff has been a member of the American Association of Christian Counselors and served as Chairman of the Board of Elders, Mount Carmel Christian Church, Stone Mountain, Georgia.

Qualifications:

Mr. Rackleff received training at the Dept of Defense Polygraph Institute, considered the most prominent polygraph training and research facility in the world, now known as the National Center for Credibility Assessment. He served as Regional Polygraph Coordinator for the FBI and was certified as a Forensic Polygraph Expert by the U.S. Dept of Justice in 1980. He was trained and certified in the use of digital instrumentation and testing using both the Axciton and Lafayette Polygraph Systems. He is an active member of the American Polygraph Association and served as Regional Director of the American Association of Police Polygraphists.

Mr. Rackleff was trained and certified in Post Conviction Sex Offender Testing by the APA and served on various national committees, including Case Review, Ethics, Continuing Education and the State Advisory Board. He has maintained proficiency in state-of-the-art technological research, made presentations to many state polygraph associations and the RCMP Canadian Police College, Ottawa, Canada. Mr. Rackleff is a member of the American Academy of Forensic Sciences and was named Fellow, Diplomate and Life Member of the American Board of Forensic Examiners.
