Richard and Sandra each served as Special Agents of the FBI for over 27 years. Richard served as Technical Specialist & Regional Polygraph Coordinator before retiring in 1990. Sandra served as Relief Supervisor for FBI Drug Investigations before serving as the Assistant Regional Inspector General, U.S. Dept of Labor, Office of Labor Racketeering, with the Organized Crime Strike Force in Atlanta.

Federal Polygraph Associates, LLC was formed in 1990 and is now based in Gainesville, Georgia. Richard specializes in forensic interviews and psychophysiological credibility assessments of clients and suspects in criminal allegations . Richard is licensed to perform forensic credibility assessments throughout Georgia and the southeastern United States. Richard is a certified Expert Witness in the field of polygraph and was appointed to the Georgia Polygraph Board by the Honorable Zell Miller.

Sandra is a highly skilled investigative specialist and consultant. She was appointed to serve as Chief Investigator for the Judicial Qualification Commission concerning judicial complaints in the State of Georgia. Sandra is highly respected in the law enforcement community and voluntarily serves as Chairperson, Citizens Review Panel, Hall County Juvenile Court.

Both Richard and Sandra are experienced in allegations of Child Molestation and Physical Abuse, as well as most criminal investigations including kidnappings, rapes and homicides. Both enjoy the challenge of difficult case resolution in a wide variety of complex criminal matters. They have worked on many high profile cases, receiving national media attention. Richard was recently featured in a two-hour CNN Special on the 30th Anniversary of the Atlanta Child Murders in the 1980's and on a recent TV Special on the ID Channel regarding the Atlanta Child Murders. He has appeared on the Today Show, Good Morning America, CNN Burden of Proof, Fox News and local networks.
